Release the stress of the day from your body and mind with a gentle Yoga practice. We will combine movement, stretching, breath work, meditation and sound bath to unwind and relax. This is an all levels class with the option to be fully supported with a chair. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and any other props you may need to be comfortable. $15 drop in fee.

This class combines mindful movement with supported rest to restore the body and calm the nervous system.

Props such as blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters are provided to fully support the body and encourage deep relaxation. All levels welcome.
