Join me on the sand for an all levels class that incorporates gentle yoga, meditation, energy medicine and sound bath. Park at the old school and find the entrance to NeCus' Park, we'll gather near the welcome totem and walk down to the sand from there. Please bring a large beach towel or blanket, sunscreen, water and dress in layers. $20 drop in fee.
