Stillness & Stretch: Honoring Winter

This class format will focus on slowing down, releasing tension and calming the nervous system. Slow grounding movement , stretching and supported poses will help promote deep rest to nuture the body and soul. Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters will be provided to cultivate a cozy experience. Class size is limited.
