Join me on the sand for an all levels class that incorporates gentle yoga, meditation, energy medicine and sound bath. We gather at Necus' Park, 268 Beaver Street and walk down to the beach from there. Please bring a large beach towel or blanket, sunscreen, water and dress in layers. $20 drop in fee.
